Tiger, Tiger

Two baby tigers playing. Play Video.

What could possibly better—and cuter—than a roly-poly tiger cub? Two bundles of striped, furry preciousness, of course! Keepers at the Safari Park's Ione and Paul Harter Animal Care Center in Nairobi Village are knee-deep in adorableness, courtesy of their two newest charges: a Bengal tiger cub and a Sumatran tiger cub. The now-thriving baby Bengal came to the Safari Park in August after being confiscated at the U.S./Mexico border. The Sumatran cub, rejected by his mother at the National Zoo in Washington, D.C., was brought to the Park through a collaboration between the facilities—and the cubs hit it off right away. Now, the brothers from another mother can be seen at the Animal Care Center, where they are wrestling, playing, and treating visitors to daily doses of feline cuteness.
