Leopard Cubs a Real "Swat" Team

Big paws, long tails, lots of spots, and a penchant for tussling are just some of the endearing qualities of the new clouded leopard youngsters at the San Diego Zoo. The two brothers, who came from the National Zoo, will be part of the breeding program for this endangered big cat from Southeast Asia. You can see them up close at the nursery in Discovery Outpost.

Get Your Jingle on at Jungle Bells

The weather outside may not be "frightening," but you can still get in the holiday spirit at the San Diego Zoo during Jungle Bells, December 15 to January 6 (except December 24). Open until 8 p.m., guests will enjoy a festive wintery wonderland of music, lights, treats, and some wild animal encounters. It's time to ring in the holidays!

Leapin’ Lemurs!

Looking for lemurs at the San Diego Zoo? We are building a new home for several species of this charismatic primate in the near future. The naturalistic habitat will showcase lemurs and other extraordinary animals and plants from Madagascar. Please "leap forward" to help us give lemurs a magnificent new home.

Visit the San Diego Zoo on December 15 and 16 for the Fisher-Price® Little People® Live! Holiday Show, a musical show featuring Little People costumed characters! Join in lots of singing, dancing, and special surprises as the Little People friends discover the true meaning of holiday spirit. Two shows offered daily at 11a.m. or 2 p.m. Free with paid Zoo admission or membership. This event is geared towards families with kids under 5.
