Spotting Cuties in the Jaguar Exhibit

For the first time in 30 years, the San Diego Zoo has jaguar cubs! These New World big cats are endangered, and we are tickled pink to add to their numbers. Watch them get weighed by keepers and pose for the camera.

Condor Hatchlings Now Grown Up in Baja

The ongoing California condor project is making headway, with released birds in 2002 now mature and setting up housekeeping on the craggy mountain faces of Baja California, Mexico. This bodes well for the next generation of these regal birds.
